Registration Process + Payment

Doodles Art Studio -  art classes + workshops fill quickly!  Your PAYMENT IN FULL RESERVES YOUR SPACE OUR WORKSHOPS.  We greatly appreciate online payment to reserve your space in our camps + classes + workshops.  

If a class is sold out, we would appreciate you joining our Waiting List.  We try to accomodate every student if possible.  

We can only issue a STUDIO CREDIT (good for one year), once you are registered and paid for an event, class, workshop and/or camp with Doodles Art Studio.  To be issued a STUDIO CREDIT, we must be provided with a written email requesting a STUDIO CREDIT for the specific event, class, workshop and/or camp that you or your child is NOT able to attend.  This needs to be received thirty (30) days before the start date of the school year workshop or (10) days before a summer workshop.  Requests can be sent to lisa@aledoartcamp.com.  We do not issue refunds, only STUDIO CREDITS, so it’s important to plan ahead.

Due to an unforeseen circumstance, ex. illness, an instructor may need to reschedule a specific event, class, workshop and/or camp.

We greatly appreciate if you send a text or email ahead of time if your child will not be attending a scheduled class.

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make sure Doodles Art Studio has current information. Please be sure to notify us of any changes, ex. phone numbers, addresses, email, medical, individuals authorized for pickup + and additional information that may change. 

Dress for a creative mess!  We are not responsible for damaged clothing.

At Doodles Art Studio, it is important for us to promote wellness.  If you think there’s a chance your child is not feeling their best, please opt to keep them home to keep everyone in the studio healthy!  If we observe a child to be not be feeling well, ill or a health risk we will contact parent/guardian to pick up to keep all the other children well + healthy.
